Can Citywide Mobile come to your location?
Yes, we will travel to your location. We will meet you at your home, hospital, nursing facility, detention center, office, or arrange a public meeting place.
Which areas does Citywide serve?
We serve Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties.
How soon can you have a notary here?
For best results, appointments should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every attempt to honor any scheduling requests we can, but we cannot guarantee any appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
Can a Notary refuse to notarize a document?
Yes. If the notarial officer is not satisfied that the signer is: competent and knowingly executing the document; if the individual is not voluntarily signing the document; if the signature on document does not conform to the signature on the identification document; if the physical appearance does not conform to the photograph on the form of identification.
What are acceptable forms of ID?
Signers will need to provide at least one of the following current photo identification cards: Passport, Driver's License, Non-driver's License, Military ID Card. The ID cannot be expired.
Can you issue a license plate and registration?

Which forms of Payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Paypal, Venmo.
Witnesses
If your document requires a Witness(es), you must provide one. The Notary cannot act as the Witness to your document. If you do not have a witness, CMN may be able to provide a witness for an additional charge.
